I agree with some of it, but the part that i didn't understand was number eight."Your schedule was created with your needs in mind." What are they talking about your need in mind??
I don't think that they are lies, but some of the things on the list are more likely to happen than others. I think that you have a better chance of getting caught smoking on school grounds than the football team has of winning any championship.
This blog has been created to help students at Prep Charter High School with their summer reading assignments. Students going into 10th grade must read Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson. Students are encouraged to use the blog as they read to help them understand the plot, characters, and larger themes of the story. While teachers will be adding questions and comments, students should also talk to each other about the book via the blog. Happy Reading!
HOW TO POST
1. Look for posts marked "Response Question." Pick a question that you want to answer.
2. Click on the word "comments" right below the question. This will take you to a new page.
3. Type your answer into the "leave your comment" box on the right.
Guidelines for posting:
Please use proper spelling and capitalization- this is the internet, but we are still educated people!
Please read other people's posts and think about what they are saying. You are welcome to agree/disagree with people, but you must still be respectful of others' ideas.
Try to include direct quotes from the novel to support your ideas.
